Registration for 2024 - 2025 San Diego Season Tickets Will Open in August 2024

Chapter Meetings: All meetings will be recorded, and all registered attendees (Season Ticket or Individual Purchase) will receive the link to the recording.

PRICES

Virtual Only: HOME SWEET HOME Season Ticket September through April Meetings $60.00 for SCBWI Int’l Members, and $90.00 for Non-Members. Closed for registration.

Hybrid: SAVE-ME-A-SEAT Season Ticket is Virtual September through December and In-Person (or Virtual-your choice) January through April $80.00 for SCBWI Int’l Members, and $110.00 for Non-Members. Sold Out.

Season Tickets are available Now through Mid-December. All meetings will be recorded, and all registered attendees will receive the link to the recording.

Starting with the January 2025 Meeting we will be meeting from 1:30 - 3:30 PM (PT) due to our in-person venue availability.

Starting January 2025, Any Same Day Registrations after 11:30 AM (PT) WILL NOT Receive the Zoom Link to Attend Live.

SAN DIEGO REGION REFUND POLICY

Refunds for individual chapter meeting tickets or intensives will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be emailed to Debra Schmidt at scbwi-ra2@scbwi.org by midnight (PT) five days before the event.

NO REFUNDS will be given for Season Tickets, because the meeting recordings are available to attendees for thirty days.
