Welcome to Find a Speaker! This page is a resource for:

• Anyone looking to book an author/illustrator speaker for school visits, bookstore, library, conferences, workshops, and other events, in-person or virtual
• SF North & East Bay SCBWI members to list their availability to speak at schools, libraries, and other venues

For those interested in booking a speaker:

• Click on an age group below.
• Choose a speaker from the list that appears.
• Click their name to see their SCBWI profile page.
• Contact the speaker via the email address on their page.

The speaker's home county is noted in parentheses in case proximity to the event venue is a factor in your decision, but also keep in mind that speakers are often available for engagements outside their home county, so don't hesitate to ask!) We also encourage you to send the link to this Find a Speaker page to the event coordinator for your school district, library, or other event venue for future speaker needs.
