SCBWI New York: Westchester

Welcome to SCBWI Westchester, a chapter of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators, a professional organization for writers and illustrators of children’s books! Our chapter spans Westchester county, and also has the great luck of being close to New Jersey, New England, Long Island, and Metro NYC -- chapters that host fantastic events throughout the year. We offer a variety of resources and host in-person meet-ups and events for children’s book writers and illustrators of all levels. Westchester County has a great literary vibe, and we’d love for you to participate in our SCBWI writing community! Follow us on Instagram & Facebook & Bluesky
